Located at 15 rue Tu Xuong in Ward 3 of Ho Chi Minh City, the DotCom Tu Xuong welcomed since we began operations in May 2004, 45 children aged 9-18 years. Currently they are 28 in number. On average, 18 to 20 children participate regularly in our training.

All foster children work all or part of the day in the street (selling lottery tickets, shining shoes, collecting empty bottles or cans, etc ...) to supplement family income or to meet their own needs .

All children are behind in their schooling and some can not read and write Vietnamese.
